Why You "Already Are" a Force for Good
Over the past several years, I’ve made 150+ workshops.
And I always end with the exact same statement:
”… you all are a force for good!”
But why?
Why not use our tagline, “Be a force for good”?
And why am I saying…. you ALREADY are?
I’m sure some people look around the room and think, “that person’s not a force for good. They’re a jerk!”
I get it.
But I believe in seeing people at their highest potential. Seeing them on their best day and not judging them based on their worst moments.
Part of my job is telling people who they can be (at their best).
This can be easier said than done sometimes.
But, it’s who I want to be. Who I’m trying to be. It’s a north star.
And that is why I end every video with:
“You all are a Force for Good.”
See someone at their highest and best today. (Even if they’re not there yet.)
