I love what I get to do!
As a business coach, I guide business owners to apply proven methods to unlock the potential in their business and exceed their goals.
We cover the spectrum of business challenges as the business grows - leads, sales, time, profit, team, leadership, operations, strategy, and succession. The outcomes can be life-changing for the owners, families, and their growing team of employees.
Being part of guiding them through these breakthroughs is beyond rewarding.
If you could have a billboard with a phrase on it, what would it say?
They don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received, and how has it impacted your life or career?
I was told by a peer that I was regularly coming across as negative. This caught me off guard but really woke me up to my emotions, mindset, and communication style. That difficult feedback was truly a gift.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
While not a true superhero power, I wish I could sing. I love all types of music, but when I sing, it scares away people and small animals.
