What's the best advice you've ever received?
Adopting a mindset that recognizes you may not be aware of whether someone is experiencing their best day or their worst day fosters an environment of kindness and patience toward everyone.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?
Freeze time so I can get more things done in a day.
If you could recommend a book, resource, or podcast, what would it be?
"Extreme Ownership", as recommended by Matt during the Coffee with Champions session, and 'You Are a Badass' are both valuable resources that serve as important reminders for us all from time to time.

I have 4 cats with people names.

I am technically an Archeologist.

What are some words you would use to describe the Champions program?
Impactful; I believe that for younger professionals, any opportunity to learn from individuals with more experience is highly valuable.
What has been your most MEMORABLE workshop at CwC?
I find great value in each session I attend. Overall, the topics provide an excellent opportunity for me to learn from experienced individuals in our community.
