Where do you work, Keith?
J&I Duct Fab for 8 years.
What are some words you would use to describe the Champions program?
Insightful and helpful, and sometimes they are painful because you realize you need to improve in some areas.
What has been your most MEMORABLE workshop at CwC?
The Listening topic was a good one. Listening to people helps you understand who they are and where they are at. Do they want a reply, or do they want someone to just listen? Really listening helps you understand how you can best help them.
Tell us a little more about your work?
I like this job because each job I bid on is a different challenge, so I enjoy the variety.
I also like the people and customers I work with.
My mission is to give our customers the best quality duct work, to make sure they are happy and that we do it right the first time. It's important for me to ask the right questions and pay attention to detail in order to provide this for them.
What do you want people to know about you?
I'm a child of the One True King! Jesus is everything!
What's the best advice you've ever received, and how has it impacted you?
Treat others the way you want to be treated.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?
To be able to bring joy to anyone I come in contact with because when you have joy, it makes life so much better. Even the hardest job is easier to do when you have joy.
If you could recommend a book, resource, or podcast, what would it be?
A book: the Bible.
A show would be The Chosen. I've watched the Chosen series at least 15 times or more with my wife. The Chosen shows that the people Jesus chose as disciples have their flaws, just like you and me. It goes to show that Jesus can use anybody.
Tell us about your family.
My wife is the most wonderful woman in the world. I love her very much and she is a blessing. As for my brothers and sisters, it was great to grow up with a big family.
Is there anything else you’d like to add?
We need to be praying more for this nation, the people around us, and people in general because prayer changes things. We don't pray against people, we pray FOR them.
