J&I Duct Fab was the first corporate user of our Coffee with Champions employee program. They’ve been awesome to work with, are always forward-thinking, and put out a quality product.
So it was an easy vote for our team to vote them as our latest “Force for Good” team winner.
I recently sent some questions over to their leadership team, and this is what they had to say:
Who is J&I Duct Fab?
We specialize in commercial rectangular and spiral ductwork and fittings.
Our daily Mission is to “Build it Better” while Honoring God in every area.
This includes fabrication, customer experience, employee training, deliveries, and everything else we touch.
We strive for excellence!
Tell us about your team.
We currently have a team of 18 employees whose tenure ranges from 2 months to 13 years.
What stands out the most when I think of our team is unity.
We respect and support each other, share knowledge, and work together to meet goals.
How long has your company been serving the community?
We’ve been serving our community and surrounding areas since 2013.
We primarily serve the state of Ohio, but we do service out of state, and we ship as far west as the Rockies.
If your organization could put advice on a billboard for others, what would it say?
“Your employees are your #1 customers.”
If you take care of your employees, they, in turn, will take care of your customers.
What resources have most influenced your organization's growth?
Biblical principles and standards play a big part in how we run our organization and our growth.
Coffee with Champions has been a great tool for personal and leadership growth within our company.
How do you give back to the local community?
After years of giving to multiple entities, we decided to be more formal in our giving and launched J&I Gives™️ in 2023.
This giving program allows us to be strategic in supporting various outreaches, including:
Our local community.
Faith-based missions.
Local families in need.
Only Believe Church.
What makes your company culture memorable?
Our employees aren’t just a number. We care about them, their families, their well-being, and their personal growth. We want to invest in our people and help them reach their fullest potential in life because we know that making an impact on one person can make an impact for generations to come.
We are continuing the Coffee with Champions "Force for Good" program and nominate an employee each month who we feel is making a positive impact. They are recognized at our team meetings and on social media. I think it is important to call out specifically how that person brings value to their organization or community.
You can never go wrong by telling someone they are doing something right.

How do you use the “Coffee with Champions” program?
We integrate Coffee with Champions with our monthly team meetings. CWC gives us the opportunity to make a connection with our employees in a safe environment. It opens the door for conversations, learning opportunities, and a chance to see how others think and view their world. That in itself, brings unity and understanding of those you work around every day.
It truly has made a positive impact on our company and is something we look forward to every single month.
What’s in J&I’s future?
Continued growth and expansion of our company.
How can you get in touch with J&I Duct Fab?
A huge thank you to the J&I Duct Fab team for being a Force for Good!
