How I can predict your future with 2 questions
It's one of those things that is so simple, it's overlooked.
I want to interview you.
You answer first, and then I will.
Let’s get started.
Question #1 - What does your life look like 10 years from now?
What do you “see” in your future?
Here are some more questions to help. Remember, you are imagining 10 years from now.
Where are you working?
What is your marriage like?
What’s going on in your family?
What’s your health?
How about your finances?
What do you do for hobbies?
Are you giving back to society?
Here’s my answer to question #1
I’ve spent time imagining where I’m going.
And I’ve written it down.
I call it my Personal TrueWealth Vision. Here’s a quick summary of it.
Question #2. What did you do today?
This is a very literal question…like, what are you really doing today?
Do you get up early?
Are you investing yourself?
Are you eating right?
Are you learning something new?
Are you giving back to the world?
Are you watching and reading healthy things?
Are you bringing your “purpose” to your job?
Here’s my answer to question #2
This is not to brag or say you need to adopt my way.
No, I just want to show that I’m intentional about matching my daily actions with where I want to go.
YOUR RESULTS: Here’s how I’m predicting your future
YOUR LIFE YEARS FROM NOW… WILL BE A RESULT OF WHAT YOU ARE DOING TODAY.
I can predict your future because of your answers to my questions.
Q#1 - What do you see in the future?
What you see impacts what you’re doing today.
If you have no clue about your future, then you are probably just going with the flow. You may feel powerless and probably even unmotivated.
If you have a clear, inspiring picture, then you are taking bold action steps daily.
Q#2 - What did you do today?
Your answer to this tells me whether or not you are in agreement with your future vision.
Positive action = vision agreement = it will happen
Negative or no action = vision disagreement = it will not happen
RESULTS: This is my future
This is my future because I’m putting in the work today.
I’m committed even when I’m not seeing results.
(and I’m living the “good life” today because of the work I’ve done in the past)
