When I think of Chris McClure, I think of someone who has your back.
Chris is always on the lookout for ways to help grow and promote your business.
Chris is the type of guy who will send you a timely book recommendation.
Chris is a good dude. He is a Champion’s Champion.
I recently asked Chris a few questions about life, work, and Coffee with Champions.

Where do you attend Coffee with Champions?
Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce.
(Chris has been the co-host of our Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce Champions since 2022. He and Wendy Rodgers have led almost 100 workshops!)
How would you describe Coffee with Champions?
Coff˞ee with Champions is an enthusiastic community of purpose-driven, growth-minded leaders who are committed to making the world around them better.
I LOVE Coffee with Champions and the camaraderie it creates! It's been a pleasure to be part of a program that turns casual business relationships into true friendships that become a force for good!
Tell us a little more about your work?
(At McClure Coaching) my mission is to help business owners and executives become great leaders, build great teams, and design great lives.
I offer leadership and business coaching so clients can consistently attract and retain high-quality team members, customers, and clients. Besides one-to-one coaching, I speak at events, facilitate team workshops, and have a monthly group membership program called the Magnetic Leadership Community.
I've also written two books - "The Way to Greatness" and "The Magnetic Leader."
(At the Beavercreek Chamber) I love working at the Chamber and as a leadership/business coach because I get to meet and serve a wide variety of business leaders by utilizing my skills and passion for leadership, business strategy, marketing, and customer service.
If you could have a billboard for everyone to see, what would it say?
My billboard would say, "Don't settle for mediocrity when you can become great!"
What's the best piece of advice you've ever received, and how has it impacted your life or career?
I heard this as an intern when I was 19 years old and it's impacted me ever since. I'm a continual learner and want to keep learning until the day I die.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?
The ability to accomplish my big visions with the snap of my fingers! :)
